1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. International orders may take up to 10 business days depending on location and customs.

2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. You’ll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

3. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Yes. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a return or refund.

We currently ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

6. Can I buy your products in person?
Right now, we’re primarily online, but you can also find us at vendor events and popup sales. Keep an eye on our social media for announcements about where we’ll be next.

7. Do you plan to open a storefront?
Yes, that’s the dream! While we’re currently online, our vision is to one day open a physical location in Kentucky.
